GUIDELINES FOR KEYNOTES PRESENTATION
Presentation:
- All presentations and questions must be delivered in English.
- Time given for you presentation is 40 minutes (35 min speaking time and 5 min discussion time)
Format of your presentation:
- Presentation should be prepared in PowerPoint (*.ppt, *.pptx) or PDF format, for screen ratio: 16:9.
- Video materials in one of the following formats: AVI, MPEG, MOV, MP4, WMV embedded into your presentation or provided as a separate (offline) file. The online, linked materials may not work properly.
Uploading of the presentation:
- The authors are kindly asked to upload their presentations directly in the conference room (on USB stick) preferably one day before scheduled presentation, but no later than one time block before. The conference staff will be present to assist you.
- Name the file starting with your last name.
- Please, verify once onsite in the printed Programme Book the exact time and place of our presentation.
In the lecture room
The lecture room is equipped with a data projection and computer, once uploaded at Registration Desk the presentation will be ready to be launched from here. No use of your own computer is allowed. The slides will be operated by you using remote control with laser pointer.
Please watch the time of your presentation and do not be late! The time for your presentation will not be extended!
The conference staff will be present onsite to assist you.
