• The deadline for abstract submission is April 14th, 2018 - NEW DATE!!!
• The abstract submission must be preceded by registration for the conference. A special  link for abstract submission will be send in  the registration confirmation letter. Submission will be possible only online by using received link, submissions by e-mail will not be accepted.
• The abstract upload will take several steps by filling the predefined submission form and following the guideline. 
• In the submission process the preferred format of the presentation (oral or poster presentation) can be chosen, however the final form of presentation will be decided by the Scientific Committee.
• Please note that only one abstract can be submitted by one author with the preference for the oral presentation. There is no such limitation in case of requesting poster presentation.
• All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Presenters should be provided with the abstract acceptance letter by April 30th, 2018. 
• In special situations abstracts can be withdrawn by contacting the Organizing Committee.

• The abstract must be submitted as a plain text in the predefined abstract submission form.
• Abstracts must be no longer than 3600 characters including spaces and punctuation marks.
• Abstract should not include special/non-standard symbols unless absolutely necessary.
• Figures are not permitted.
• Number of co-authors is limited to 10.
